The Builders Behind Dandelion Building Co.

We are Josh and Kristyn Davis, the owners of Dandelion Building Co, LLC. In late 2019, we set out to build our dream home. After some exploration, we weren’t quite pleased with the process of working with the contractors we had found, so we decided to build our own home and contract ourselves. After all, we love a good project. In 2024, after being part of and overseeing other home builds and renovation projects from years prior, we decided to open Dandelion Building Co, LLC, and began to officially offer our building services to the public.

We strive to be the type of builders we would like to work with. What is the type of builder we would like to work with? Being someone you can trust is important to us. Not only are you trusting us with being a part of one of the largest projects the average person will be a part of, you are also trusting us to build something that you can be proud of for decades to come. As a small business, we are a family oriented company, after all, the name Dandelion Building Co came from the mind of our daughter, Anna. Truth be told, throughout your build, you will probably get to meet all of our family, as we visit your build site and meet with you during the process. To us, a house is more than where we sleep. With our vision, designs and craftsmanship, it will be easy for you to turn a house we build into a home.
